Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dr. WEEE website, mobile applications, and the products and services offered by Dr. WEEE™ ("we," "us," or "our").
By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Us

Dr. WEEE™ is a registered enterprise based in the Arab Republic of Egypt, specialized in remanufacturing ink and toner cartridges, recycling electronic waste, and developing local green-technology solutions.
We operate in partnership with Ecoo Industrial Systems and Spear Ink, and through a licensed sister company in Oman's free zone for GCC distribution.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Dr. WEEE, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract. Business accounts must be authorized to act on behalf of their organization.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise noted, and include applicable VAT.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price at checkout is the price you will be charged.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• Volume discount (10%) applies automatically to orders meeting the threshold; trade-in credit (10%) applies when empty cartridges are returned.

5. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (within Egypt). Payment is processed securely via PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers. We never store your full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery within Egypt: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Express delivery available in major cities at an additional fee.
• GCC shipping: 7–14 business days, handled by our Oman-licensed sister company.
• Risk of loss and ownership transfer to you upon successful delivery.

7. Warranty

All Dr. WEEE remanufactured cartridges are covered by a manufacturing-defect warranty: 3 months minimum for standard products and 6 months for Grade A products.
The warranty covers defects originating from our remanufacturing process; it does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use in printers explicitly listed as incompatible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy document for the full process, time windows, and conditions. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dr. WEEE website — including logos, text, graphics, photos, illustrations, slider designs, and the mascot character — is the property of Dr. WEEE™ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations.
• Do not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our systems.
• Do not scrape, mirror, or automate access without our written permission.
• Do not upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Dr. WEEE's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the site you consent to that processing.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email and will take effect on the "last updated" date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
